Create manual holiday entries for drivers<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Holiday entries can be entered in bulk or in a single entry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enter single holiday entries for a driver, a form will appear on the Holiday Entries page, all sections should be filled in and saved for the holiday entry to be submitted.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Choose a driver <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Select the date to apply holiday hours <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Choose the hours  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Make any comments\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Save the single holiday entry <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2: <\/strong>To enter bulk Holiday entries, click or select the bulk entry option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2. Holiday date<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Select the blue next button to continue the bulk entry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

            Step 3:<\/strong> The screen to set the drivers hours and the date of the Holiday if it is different than the default date. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

            Step 4: <\/strong>Click to select the blue save changes button or close the window. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
